what do you do at Chevron, and how does it contribute to customer success?
In my current role as Sales Support Manager, I lead the support functions for our Sales teams, which include Inside Sales, Customer Service, Digital and Sales Operations.
We provide an effective, solutions-based approach to customer service with a globally experienced team that has standardised processes to support all customer segments, from self-serve to full customer support.
In the digital space, we continuously improve our digital tools to offer a seamless and intuitive experience for customers when they log into our applications to conduct business with Chevron. This is supported by key data managed by our sales and operations team, ensuring efficiency in ordering and supplying, and maximizing our customers’ assets.

what do you think is the biggest challenge facing the industry at the moment?
The marine industry’s biggest challenge today is navigating the energy transition to achieve net zero emissions by 2050. As shipping progresses on this journey, energy companies have a important role in helping to provide the necessary solutions. We are prepared to deliver marine lubricants compatible with future fuels. Our commitment to innovation ensures we will continue to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
