Marfak Bio Elitesyn HD is a range of high-performance, Environmentally
Acceptable Lubricant (EAL) greases, compliant to 2013 VGP legislation and the
Swedish Standard 155470, available in NLGI 0 and NLGI 2 grades.Marfak Bio Elitesyn HD greases are anhydrous calcium-thickened formulations based on biodegradable synthetic esters. They contain antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and EP/AW additives, and are engineered to deliver excellent adhesion, water resistance, and long-term protection in demanding marine applications.
These greases are designed for the lubrication of heavily loaded bearings operating in wet, corrosive environments, including service at low temperatures.
Marfak Bio Elitesyn HD 0 and HD 2 are modern, high-performance Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant (EAL) greases developed for a wide range of applications where environmental sensitivity and biodegradability are beneficial to operations.
These greases are suitable for marine on-deck applications, including slides, hinges, submerged pumps, propeller caps, and other marine equipment where the use of an EAL grease is required.
The products are recommended for the lubrication of:
- Boom pins, and crane pulleys
- Anchor winches
- Wire ropes
- Cargo door hinges
- Thruster and rudder bearings
- Deck equipment, applications requiring a biodegradable grease in NLGI 0 or NLGI 2 grades
